Rules and regulations
- As a minor in the United States, I must be able to legally view your site.
- No redirect web addresses. Period. If I find one, your account will be deleted without notification.
- Your button must work. If you can't direct-link, use a free image host like ImageShack or Photobucket.
- I will delete buttons that don't show up.
- Your button must be 88x31 pixels.
- The code must be visable on your page. No hiding it to cheat.
